Uniea U-Feel iPhone Case Review
A review of the new iPhone 3G case from Uniea.
Packaging & First Impressions
The U-Feel comes like most cases in another case, ironic? It consists of three different parts, the cast itself, the clip and the clip connector. To get it all to work we had to punch out the hole for the clip and re-assemble the parts to attach it. Not the easiest thing we have done but being professionals we didn't mind. Getting the clip on the the outside takes some wrangling so set aside a few minutes to spend with your new case.
Once in the case there are holes for the speaker, microphone and the main button. You can still take pictures via the built-in camera and control the volume. The case is pretty slim, not making the iPhone 3G feel much bigger at all. The plastic has a strange sheen to it, but other than that we forgot it was in a case pretty quickly.
We Feel
The big concern we had was would the touch screen work, because without it, let's be honest, the iPhone is pretty much useless. We took the new case down the labs and tried everything from calling people to playing video games and were pretty impressed. For most everything the screen works although once out of every ten times it needs a re-touch.
Conclusion
The Uniea U-Feel provides a sleek nice fit to your iPhone 3G and some basic protection against keys and change. The belt clip and swivel offer a nice touch but the case is meant to go into and stay in, not for those jumping from case to case.
